As we mentioned before, anyone can use Twitter to make money. There is only one condition: you need to have a powerful account with thousands of followers. If you have 200 or 300 followers on your account, guess what, companies won't pay you for tweeting about their products, you won't be able to sell affiliate products, and you won't be able to send much traffic to your websites, if any.
